I had to hug him after he said this.....

Brayden had a really, really, bad dream last night. We heard him screaming, and we found him running circles around his room, screaming "Stop chasing me". We woke him up and calmed him down but he could not remember his dream. So we got him back to bed and he slept the rest of the night. Whatever it was scared him so bad, he even pee'd his pants a little bit.

This morning, the following conversation took place...
me- "Brayden, do you remember your dream last night?"
him- "Yes"
me- "What happened?"
him- "It just fell off my eyes"
me- "What fell off your eyes?"
him- "My dream"

Oh, how precious! I scooped him up and hugged him tightly and kissed him becasue that was so cute, I couldn't resist.

Turns out the bad wolf was chasing him, or so he says....

Funny Fraze Friday

We were re-arranging the office upstairs and I had to help Chris take a big cabinet downstairs to the garage. So, we had to go through the gate, close the gate behind us, all while carrying a huge cabinet. I wanted to make sure Grayson was out of the way and wouldn't be right behind us trying to come down the stairs.

I told Kaylee "You have Baby Duty" and without skipping a beat Brayden said "You have Baby Doodie? EEWW Gross"

The even funnier thing is that we don't even call it "doodie". We call it poop, so where he came up with that, I have no idea.

My wonderful husband started laughing and said "He got ya there"

Little Mr Independent

The little man can already feed himself! We gave him a banana cut up into slices this weekend and he ate the ENTIRE banana! He loves bananas! Watch how good his hand- eye coordination is already. He loves these biter cookies too...

Teeth!

Here is Grayson's teeth. You have to look closely to see them. I was trying to get it on video without him biting me. Very hard to do. He has 2 teeth on the bottom.

He's mobile.....

Grayson is pulling up on things. Watch him in action.....then post a comment of how much longer until he is walking by himself. Chris says within a month. I'm hoping for much longer. He's my baby. I want him to stay little forever!!!

He Has Teeth!!

Grayson has been drooling and has been teething since October! He finally got a tooth this weekend. We woke up Saturday morning for our usual nursing session and I felt it....as he was nursing! OUCH! That explains the low grade fever, the unusual fussiness, and the slightly runny nose he has had the past few days. Then, 2 days later, this morning, he got his second tooth! I took him to the Dr this morning and he has a slight ear infection in both ears. Typical with teething. So, 2 teeth in 2 days! I walked in this afternoon to get him from his crib and he was pulling up and peering over the top of it, ready to jump out! I told Chris that we need to lower his crib again tonight, which will make it on the lowest setting......already! Little stinker is growing up too fast. He weighed 19 lbs 11 oz today! Since you can only feel his teeth and can't see them, I am posting his 6 month pictures instead.
